Welcome to the Hope Street Farmers Market Web Site

About the Market

The Hope Street Farmers Market will continue to follow COVID-19 guidelines as determined by the State and Rhode Island Department of Health. COVID-19 guidelines are subject to change and any changes which affect market operations will be implemented accordingly and communicated via our social media accounts.

Please check our Facebook and Instagram pages weekly and click here for a list of vendors that accept pre-orders for quick and easy pick up at the market.

The Hope Street Farmers Market is a farmer-run cooperative created and managed by many of the best farmers and food artisans in Rhode Island. We sell fruits, vegetables, flowers, cheese, breads and pastries, pasture-raised meats, seafood, poultry and eggs, and many other items that we grow, make or raise ourselves. Come join us every Saturday morning from 9:00am to 1:00pm. Load up your shopping bags with great things to eat - all at Lippitt Park on the East Side of Providence where Hope Street and Blackstone Boulevard meet.

Upcoming Special Events
  • Every Saturday through the end of October from 9am to 2pm, The Providence Artisans Market operates an artisan fair at the southern end of Lippitt Park; please check their link on the left for more information.

About the Market

For your convenience, here are some of the unique features of the Hope Street Farmers Market:

*BICYCLE VALET WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE AT THE MARKET UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

Bicycle Valet is a service run by the Rhode Island Bicycle Coalition at the Saturday morning market. Volunteers from RI Bike will watch your bike for you while you shop. Anyone can drop off their bike, for free, and shop with the confidence that their bike is safe and secure. The Rhode Island Bicycle Coalition works to make bicycling safer and more accessible throughout Rhode Island through advocacy, events, and coordinating efforts of partner organizations. Visit ribike.org for more information.

Live music at the markets features local musicians or acoustic bands playing every Saturday, so feel free to bring a blanket, buy your picnic lunch and enjoy the entertainment with family and friends!
